By creating an account and using TaMOS (tamos.troikaministries.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. TaMOS is operated by TROIKA Ministries, founded by Dr. J Rodriguez. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

TaMOS is a covenant formation environment — a digital platform providing Scripture-rooted leadership formation resources, an AI-powered formation guide (the Faithful Shepherd), and a structured journey through formation rooms for individuals, families, ministry teams, and marketplace leaders.
TaMOS is a ministry resource, not a licensed counseling, therapy, or mental health service. The Faithful Shepherd is an AI formation guide — it is not a licensed therapist, pastor, spiritual director, or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Children under 13 may access TaMOS through a parent or guardian who holds an account and manages their access within the covenant family layer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@troikaministries.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
TaMOS offers optional paid membership tiers — Formation Member (monthly or annual) and Covenant Partner (one-time lifetime gift) — processed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Trial periods. Formation Member includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charge.
Cancellation. Monthly and annual memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the billing period ends.
Covenant Partner (lifetime). One-time payments for the Covenant Partner tier are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances.
Refunds. Monthly memberships cancelled within 7 days of a charge may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. To request a refund, contact info@troikaministries.org.
Financial hardship. No one is turned away from TaMOS for financial reasons. If you are in a season of difficulty, contact us.

The Faithful Shepherd is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. It is designed to provide formation guidance, Scripture-rooted encouragement, and pastoral questions. It is not a replacement for pastoral care, professional counseling, or medical advice.
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. TROIKA Ministries is not liable for decisions made based on Shepherd responses. Always exercise your own discernment and consult qualified human advisors for significant life decisions.
TaMOS, the TROIKA framework, ABC Whole Leadership methodology, the Faithful Shepherd system, and all associated content are the intellectual property of TROIKA Ministries and Dr. J Rodriguez. All rights reserved.
Your personal formation data — reflections, memorial stones, journal entries — belongs to you. You grant TROIKA Ministries a limited license to store and display this data solely for the purpose of providing your formation experience.
TaMOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TROIKA Ministries does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of TaMOS is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TROIKA Ministries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TaMOS, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to TROIKA Ministries in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of TaMOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify users by email where practical.
