TaMOS (Troika Adaptive Ministry Operating System) is operated by TROIKA Ministries, founded by Dr. J Rodriguez. Our platform is located at tamos.troikaministries.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. We may also store your preferred language, family role, and profile name as you provide them.
Formation data. TaMOS stores formation reflections, memorial stones, journal entries, and formation responses that you create within the platform. This data is yours. It is stored securely and used only to provide your formation experience.
Payment information.If you become a covenant partner or formation member, payments are processed by Stripe. TROIKA Ministries does not store your credit card number, bank account, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Usage data. We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain security and platform performance. We do not sell this data.

Your formation data — reflections, memorial stones, and journal entries — is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@troikaministries.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Conversations with the Faithful Shepherd are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Shepherd conversations are not stored permanently by TROIKA Ministries beyond your active session. We do not use your Shepherd conversations to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling policies apply to AI processing.
TaMOS includes a children's formation experience for families. Children's accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian within the covenant family layer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Clerk), and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@troikaministries.org. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TaMOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
