TaMOS (Troika Adaptive Ministry Operating System) is operated by TROIKA Ministries, founded by Dr. J Rodriguez. Our platform is located at tamos.troikaministries.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. We may also store your preferred language, family role, and profile name as you provide them.
Formation data. TaMOS stores formation reflections, memorial stones, journal entries, and formation responses that you create within the platform. This data is yours. It is stored securely and used only to provide your formation experience.
Payment information.If you become a covenant partner or formation member, payments are processed by Stripe. TROIKA Ministries does not store your credit card number, bank account, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Usage data. We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain security and platform performance. We do not sell this data.

TaMOS uses the following trusted third-party services to operate:
Your formation data — reflections, memorial stones, and journal entries — is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@troikaministries.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
What is sent, and to whom.When you message the Faithful Shepherd, your typed message — and, in a voice conversation, your spoken audio — is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the Shepherd's reply, and to ElevenLabs to convert speech to text and the reply back into spoken voice. To make the Shepherd's response personal and pastorally relevant, the message we send to Anthropic also includes limited context about you: your first name, your role within TaMOS, your formation stage, and — if you have completed one — your Troika Score (your total score, its band, and your Attitude/Behavior/ Character subscores).
Consent. In our mobile apps, you are shown this disclosure and asked to agree before any message or audio is sent to either provider.
Conversation memory.Unlike a one-off web search, the Shepherd is designed to remember your last few conversations so it does not ask you to repeat yourself. To do this, we store your Shepherd conversations in our own database — this is not limited to your current session. A short summary of your most recent exchanges may be referenced again in a later conversation to keep the Shepherd's guidance consistent over time. This memory is private to your account, is never shared with other users, and is never used to train Anthropic's or ElevenLabs' AI models. You may request deletion of your Shepherd conversation history at any time — see Section 5 above, or delete your account entirely from within the app.
Anthropic's and ElevenLabs' own data handling policies apply to their processing of the data described above.
TaMOS includes a children's formation experience for families. Children's accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian within the covenant family layer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Clerk), and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@troikaministries.org. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TaMOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
